Bring Peace Wherever You Go is a visual labyrinth—a path painted during a time when I was desperately seeking peace, without yet knowing where to look. Inspired by the Aboriginal Dreamtime, this work honors the idea that all life, all time, and all beings are connected in a sacred continuum.
Dreamtime is not just mythology—it’s a spiritual map where the past, present, and future merge. In Aboriginal culture, it is through song, symbols, and sacred landscapes that one navigates this invisible world. As I explored this vision, something shifted inside me: I realized I was tracing the same kind of spiritual journey—seeking a place that felt safe, sacred, and whole.
But I was looking outside. I was chasing destinations, ideas, external signs.
This painting holds the moment I began to understand:
This place of peace I longed for… it wasn’t out there. It was within me all along.
The composition became a kind of sacred path—a labyrinth mirroring my internal state, winding through confusion, resistance, and old beliefs. Spirituality was beginning to whisper, to make space inside my life. But I was still in the phase of seeking, of forgetting that the destination is not somewhere else, but a homecoming to the self.
